HIGH PERFORMANCE OVERVIEW:
This is for players that compete at the highest level. U7-U10 players that competed at an above average level in their Metro League in 2026, U11 & U12 players qualify if they were Tier 1 in 2026, U13 players qualify if they played U12 championship in 2026, U14+ qualify if they played Premier League in 2026. Sometimes we make exceptions, please contact us if you feel your child is of an HP level.

Location: Program at GC Sports Facility - 8 Panther Place, Mt Pearl. To get to 8 Panther, turn in to 10 Panther Place, drive to the back of the building, 8 Panther will be on the far side of the parking lot.

Class length: 1 hour
Spectators: While parents are welcome to briefly pop in during drop off/pick up, there's no room during the session for spectators. The entire floor is the playing field, so we can't fit in anyone besides players and coaches.
Drop off/Pick Up: Players can enter the facility no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of the session, this is to ensure the group before them is not disrupted. Activities will end 5 minutes before the hour so that they can get their things and are out of the building before the next group has started.
Clothing required: Shin pads, soccer socks, regular soccer cleats or turf shoes, shorts and t-shirt.
